Regional Women Collective is a growing community created to connect, develop and champion women leading regional Australia.
We believe that where you live shouldn't define your opportunities, your ambitions or your potential. By bringing together women from different industries, backgrounds and stages of leadership, we're creating space for meaningful connections, fresh perspectives and shared experiences.
Starting in the Snowy Monaro, our ambition is to build a collective that strengthens regional leadership, opens doors and creates opportunities for women to thrive, no matter their postcode.
Learning and development - opportunities to grow your confidence, skills and leadership
Connection events - relaxed gatherings to meet new people, share experiences and build genuine relationships
Special events - bringing regional women together to celebrate, collaborate on community initiatives and mentor one another
Supporting regional women
Help us create more opportunities for women across regional Australia. We're looking to collaborate with businesses and organisations that share our belief in the power of connection, leadership and strong regional communities.

"We built what we wished existed when we were starting out and what we still need today"
Clare Lawley and Sarah Norris bring different experiences but a shared belief in the power of connection and opportunity for women in regional Australia.
Clare is an executive leadership coach with more than 20 years' experience in People and Culture across Australia and the Asia Pacific.
Sarah is a social impact strategist and communicator with extensive experience building relationships, strengthening communities and connecting people across regional NSW.
Together, we're creating the community we wish we'd had earlier in our careers and still value today.
A place for regional women to connect, grow, champion one another and create opportunities together.
